When gymnasts reach this point, they will be focusing on completing skills without spot and beginning to learn routines.
Floor – Roundoffs, back walkovers, back handsprings, and beginning roundoff back handsprings
Vault – Handstand flat-back onto a stack of mats
Beam – Handstands, leaps, jumps, and basic routines
Bars – Pullovers, back/front hip circles and routines
